Play with me! Family (hereinafter "the App") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.

The App collects the following information:

• Account Information: Email address, display name, password (encrypted)
• Profile Information: Relationship to family (mother, father, grandparents, etc.), profile picture
• Content: Photos, videos, diary entries, logs, comments
• Usage Information: App usage data, error logs
• Device Information: Push notification tokens, device ID
• Communication Information: Media streams during video calls (P2P connection)

2. Camera and Microphone Usage

The App requests access to your camera and microphone for the following purposes:

• Camera: Real-time video calls with family members, taking photos and videos
• Microphone: Voice communication during real-time video calls with family members

Video and audio data captured from your camera and microphone is transmitted directly to the other party via P2P (peer-to-peer) connection during video calls and does not pass through our servers. Photos and videos you take are stored on secure cloud servers for sharing within your family group at your discretion.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

• Providing family album features (sharing photos, videos, and diary entries)
• Providing real-time video call functionality
• Sending push notifications
• Improving and developing our services
• Customer support
• Preventing misuse and maintaining security

4. Information Sharing

Content uploaded to the App (photos, videos, diary entries, etc.) is shared only with members of the same family group.

We do not share your information with third parties except in the following cases:

• With your consent
• When required by law
• When necessary for service provision to contracted service providers (under confidentiality agreements)

5. Data Storage and Protection

• All data is stored encrypted
• Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text
• Video calls are conducted via peer-to-peer (P2P) connections and do not pass through our servers
• Data is stored on secure cloud servers (Convex)

6. Data Retention Period

User data is retained while the account is active. If you request account deletion, all data will be completely deleted within 30 days.

7. Children's Privacy

The App handles information about children under 13 years of age (photos, videos, etc.). This information is collected and used with the assumption of parental consent. Users under 13 years of age are prohibited from creating accounts.

8. Your Rights

Users have the following rights:

• Right of Access: The right to view and obtain your data
• Right to Rectification: The right to correct inaccurate data
• Right to Erasure: The right to request deletion of your data
• Data Portability: The right to export your data

To exercise these rights, please use the settings screen within the app.

The App uses local storage for session management. We do not use any third-party advertising tracking.
